Position: Assistant Manager - Brand

Job Context: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager-Brand to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. He/she will work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy. Plan of all above the line (ATL), Below the line (BTL) and (TTL)Through the line activities.
  • Assist in the development of long-term brand strategy and implement short to medium term objectives in support of the strategy.
  • Be creative and produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Handle Special projects Product Development to product the launch plan for the brand.
  • Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
  • Planning & implementation of different types of activation
  • Coordinate with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand in keeping with the above identity
  • Plan product launches, ATL & BTL so as to deliver the required value proposition, as derived from the above brand identity
  • Organize and implement consumer and trade promotional activities.
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
  • Develop annual plans and budgets for the brand.
  • Ensure that the brand focus/ positioning is maintained through all media, PR activities and POS all locations.
  • Analyze the marketing campaigns by brand and prepare a detailed report after the execution of the activities
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationship with internal and external customers including vendors, suppliers, dealers, retailers.
  • Must have vast knowledge in advertising and promoting the products and strengthen organization's brands by using Digital marketing. Social networking/ platform.
  • Any other job assigns by the line manager time to time.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager at least 05 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Management, Digital marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies
