Job Context: To support smooth sales operations and continuous growth, Kazi & Kazi Tea is looking for a result oriented, self-motivated and hard working professional having experience in FMCG sales sector. The position of Manager, Sales is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans, drive the sales team in order to achieve sales target.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new channel & customer.
  • Develop, recommend and implement annual and long-term strategic plans for sales including sales forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Formulate and execute detail plans for retention, growth and acquisition of strategic sales in line with the company's sales goal.
  • Ensure trade marketing/promotional plan/budget and activities to achieve sales & market share objectives.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
  • Oversee the operations of Marketing Department to ensure achievement of long-term and short-term strategy and KPIs set by the organization.
  • Ensure maximum sales volume and profits at minimum cost.
  • Oversee the implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue.
  • Proactively identify new and different business opportunities to increase market.
  • Closely work with cross functional team (Logistics, Finance, Operations, Production & Marketing) to ensure smooth business.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all the relevant operational areas of Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Prepare reports for management e.g. sales report, sales forecast, target setup, market analysis, competitor sales & activity report.
  • Collect market data about business scenarios like competitor’s sales volume, market position etc. and suggest management about the market policy.
  • Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitor’s product, price, feature and promotional activities and train the sales team accordingly.
  • Supervise & monitor effective market visit of the team members for existing and potential customers to increase the sales.
  • Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment and competitions.
  • Communicate with the respective sales force daily basis and offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, training, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives as well as increase their productivity.
  • Conduct one-on-one review with all sales team member to provide insight for the improvement of their activity performance.
  • Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements:

  • Post Graduate / Graduate in any discipline from UGC approve institute.
  • MBA major in Marketing is preferable.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of working experience with proven relevant working experience as Manager, Sales at least 05 years".
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/ Beverage, Group of Companies.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age limit maximum 40 years.
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office.
  • Good communication skills both in Bangla & English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and basic arithmetic skill is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently all over Bangladesh as and when required.
  • Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
