Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales target from modern trade, pharmaceutical company and in corporate sector as well as control credit limit in assigned institution.
  • Contribute, develop and prepare business plan and marketing strategies for respective organizations.
  • Focus on achieving business targets from pharmaceuticals channel and search co-business partner.
  • Collect market performance report of own and competitor's products to build future sales strategies.
  • Prepare consumer promotional plan of modern trade and execute it successfully for increasing sales.
  • Build and maintain effective Corporate Customer Relationships Management (CRM).
  • Visit the prospective clients and professionals on a regular basis to enhance national sales volume.
  • Present product & sales services to clients using PPT, Brochure, e-mail and phone calls.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
  • Supervise the client activities in term of achievement of their target, merchandising & display, maintain stocks, delivery, products availability, product sampling and damage.
  • Supervise chain outlets PO, GRN, timely bill submission, collection and overall month end review.
  • Follow up and manage cost reduction plan (CRP) and maximize profit by utilizing assets.
  • Accomplish any other job assigned by the supervisor or line management time to time.

Educational Requirements: Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from a reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 05 years proven work experience as Key Account Manager.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age limit maximum 40 years.
  • Highly experienced candidates will get preference.
  • Good interpersonal skills and basic arithmetic skill.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office.
  • Able to work under pressure and 100% align with company rules & regulations.

Salary: Negotiable
