Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • The candidate must have vast knowledge in advertising and promoting the products and strengthen organization's brands by using digital marketing.
  • Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy. Plan of all above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) activities.
  • Organize and implement consumer and trade promotional activities.
  • Planning and optimizing marketing campaigns like product launching and promotion.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
  • Assist in the development of long-term brand strategy and implement short to medium term objectives in support of the strategy.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Be creative and produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
  • Any other job assigns by the line manager time to time.

Educational Requirements:

  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager at least 05 years.
  • The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Brand Management, Digital marketing.
  • The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements:

  • Age limit maximum 35 years.
