JOB DESCRIPTION OF KEY POSITIONS

Dy. Project Manager

Graduate Civil Engineer, having more than 15 years of on-site construction experience in executing Railway/Infrastructure/Transportation Projects. Minimum specific experience of 8-10 years in Railway projects (EPC) as a project manager/Deputy Project Manager.

Capable in Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Track Progress & Controlling all stages of Project execution in accordance with Contract obligations. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and project management principles. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

Must possess organizational skills & essential software skills for Project Management. Preference for Candidates capable to handle Ballasted Railway Track project independently in India & Aboard.

Planning Engineer

Graduate Civil Engineer, having more than 15 years of experience in Planning of Infrastructure/Transportation Projects. Must possess minimum experience of 5 years in Railway construction projects (EPC) as a Planning Engineer/Manager. Should be self-motivated, extremely organized, and have strong communication and project management aptitude.

Knowledge of contacts conditions & proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Power point), Auto CAD, MS project & Primavera required. Create, maintain, review and administer construction schedules, plans and MIS. Liaising with site managers and engineers to take / review the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.

Quantity Surveyor/ Billing Engineer

Graduate Civil Engineer, having more than 12 years of experience in Estimation, Quantity Surveying for Infrastructure/Transportation/Railway/Road Projects. Must possess minimum experience of 5 years in Railway construction projects (EPC) as a Quantity Engineer/Manager.

Familiar with post contract Quantity survey duties & Billing particular to Earth work/blanketing, track work and building construction work. Building Engineer

Graduate / Diploma Civil Engineer, having more than 10 years of experience with exposure in construction of Station / Substation/ Residential Building, and other industrial building. Responsible for Interpretation of Drawing, Preparation of bar bending schedule, Preparing Schedule of Material Used and Available, Preparing Work program and Monitoring, Execute and resolve scaffolding and shuttering related issue.  Checking Steel Work of Slab, Beam & Column Before Concreting, resolving interface issue, preparing finishing schedule, Knowledge of Firefighting & HVAC system, Steel structure fabrication and erection works. Resolve construction related quality control, safety issue during execution work. Preparation of BOQ from approved drawing and specifications.

Bridge Engineer 

Graduate Civil Engineer, having 10-15 years of experience with minimum 5 years in Railway projects involving cast in-situ RCC casting / Bridge construction, Piling Work, Abutment Wall, Abutment Caps etc. including preparation, implementation of Quality Assurance Plan & Controlling all aspects of the construction works.

Well versed with Construction Methodologies, in evolving and establishing Quality Assurance System. Verification/Certification of Completed Works, Supervision/verification of acceptance tests, Verification of As-built drawings, Examination of measurements. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards during construction of site execution and project management. Preference for Candidates with experience of steel structure fabrication and erection work at site.

Railway Track Engineer

Graduate Civil Engineer, having more than 12 years of experience in Construction/EPC Projects with minimum 5 years of work experience in Railway projects responsible for P-way Works. Shall be responsible for earth work, Ballasted track laying & linking, Rail welding (Thermit/AT), level crossing, installation of glue joints, crossings, turnouts and switches etc. Compliance with Quality norms & inspection as per IRS P-Way manual. Rail Joint Welding Engineer

Graduate Civil Engineer, having more than 7 years of experience in cross country Infrastructure / Transportation / Railway construction projects. Shall be responsible investigate welding related issues, assemblies and structures, materials, weld joint design, welding process, product testing, troubleshoot welding problems and provide corrective solutions.

Read Blueprints and Drawings, take measurements, plan layout and procedure, determine what welding equipment and method to use based on requirement, set-up components to specification, prepare and align parts for welding, repairs holes and cut through materials using specialized.

Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Engineer 

Graduate Civil Engineer having more than 12 years of QA/QC experience in EPC Projects - Infrastructure/Transportation/Railway with minimum 5 years of work experience in Railway projects involving P-Way works. Shall be responsible for QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Electrical Engineer

Graduate Electrical Engineer, having more than 10 years of experience in cross country EPC Projects. Candidate will be responsible for assessment, planning, execution, installation & commissioning of all General electrical works. Execution as per drawing. Prepare drawing for RCC Building/TSS yard and control room/PSI CUM OHE DEPOT/QUARTER all type/RBG Lighting arrangement as per Railway standard and execution as per approved drawing. Lugs/Lumen calculation for RCC/TSS. Station Platform lighting arrangement like- Platform pole light, shed light, Fob, ASM room, S&T room, station circulating area. Installation of CLS panel and provide necessary Emergency connection. Load distribution as per site requirement. Material issue & reconciliation, sub-contractor and manpower management, monitoring of day-to-day progress of construction team and resolving issues in positive manner to achieve targets with SHE/Quality obligations.

Health & Safety/Accident Prevention Officer

Administration Cum Welfare Officer
