We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing operations across all platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of full-funnel growth strategies (AARRR/AAARRR), performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and data analytics, while remaining firmly aligned with our ethical standards and brand values.

Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of all digital marketing campaigns across Kahf’s ecosystem. This includes paid media, organic growth, retention strategies, and full performance tracking. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and brand amplification, with an ability to apply advanced marketing frameworks while upholding Kahf’s mission to build a halal and ethically sound internet.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with product growth objectives.
  • Lead full-funnel planning based on Pirate Metrics (AARRR), lifecycle models, and region-specific market insights.
  • Set clear KPIs for user acquisition, activation, engagement, referral, and monetization across all channels.

2. Paid Performance Campaigns

  • Plan and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Optimize targeting, bidding, creative performance, and ad placements to maximize ROI and minimize CAC.
  • Monitor campaign performance and budget allocation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

3. Search and Organic Growth

  • Oversee and manage search engine optimization (SEO) and app store optimization (ASO) strategies.
  • Coordinate content creation, keyword research, backlink development, and metadata optimization.
  • Improve visibility and discoverability for all Kahf products across search engines and app platforms.

4. Lifecycle and CRM Marketing

  • Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies, including onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and upsell.
  • Manage email marketing, push notifications, and CRM journeys using platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Increase retention and user lifetime value (LTV) through behavioral segmentation and campaign personalization.

5. Social Media and Content Oversight

  • Lead social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Coordinate campaign execution with content and design teams to ensure consistency in tone, ethics, and branding.
  • Ensure adherence to Shariah guidelines in all digital content and messaging.

6. Performance Analytics and Optimization

  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards using GA4, Firebase, Looker, or equivalent tools.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, subject lines, and CTAs.
  • Analyze performance trends and use data-driven insights to iterate on marketing campaigns.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing or growth roles
  • Demonstrated success in managing performance marketing with clear ROI
  • Proven track record in user acquisition, retention, and funnel optimization
  • Prior experience scaling digital products or platforms (preferably apps or ethical/faith-based tech)
  • Exposure to global and/or Muslim-majority market campaigns is strongly preferred

Working Days & Hours

  • Work Days: 5 days per week (Sunday - Thursday)
    Days Off: Friday & Saturday
    Office Hours: 9 hours daily (including breaks)
    Work Mode: In-Office (Dhaka Office)

Salary & Benefits: Competitive, negotiable salary: BDT 100,000 – 200,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
