- Cross-Functional Leadership:
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Tech teams to align business goals with execution timelines and product capabilities.
- External Representation:
Represent Kahf at high-profile events, conferences, and industry panels, elevating brand visibility and narrative.

- Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and storytelling skills with ability to communicate across diverse markets and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), funnel analytics, and data-driven decision making.
- A high-performance mindset: entrepreneurial, self-driven, and mission-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in or passion for halal, Islamic, or ethical digital markets.
- Background in launching or scaling digital products in MENA, South Asia, Southeast Asia, or diaspora-heavy markets.
