Position: Product & Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Product & Growth Manager at Kahf Bangladesh Ltd., specializing in strategic growth, digital marketing, and sales, with a strong product orientation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement growth-focused strategies to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, and revenue.
  • Drive high-performance SEO, ASO, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and community-driven marketing.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and alliances that expand user base and market reach.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance user engagement and adoption.
  • Develop and implement monetization strategies including premium subscriptions, halal partnerships, sponsorships, and ethical ad integrations.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, user insights, and competitive strategies to adjust growth initiatives.
  • Represent Kahf at key industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Ensure all initiatives strictly adhere to Islamic ethical guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, or sales roles in technology, digital media, or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving substantial user and revenue growth through digital channels.
  • Expert-level knowledge in SEO, ASO, AEO, paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube), and organic content strategies.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and proficiency with tools like GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and highly results-oriented.
  • Deep respect and understanding of Islamic ethical standards and halal practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in growth-focused roles within Islamic or halal digital platforms.
  • Established networks within Islamic organizations, influencers, or ethical marketing communities.
  • Proven experience scaling digital products and managing high-performing growth teams.

Working Days & Hours

  • Work Days: 5 days per week (Sunday - Thursday)
  • Days Off: Friday & Saturday
  • Office Hours: 9 hours daily (including breaks)
  • Work Mode: In-Office (Dhaka Office)

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive, negotiable salary: BDT 100,000 – 200,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
