1. Background
KAAS Trade is a renowned and leading trading company in Bangladesh. We mainly provide differ-ent kinds of Veterinary and Aqua products, Raw materials (Both Human & Veterinary) and QC Equipment & Reagents. About AMP project:
A pilot project entitled “Diversification of existing Aqua Medicine Product’s sale through vertical expansion including LSPs, Institutes and lead stakeholders” is implementing by KAAS Trade where 2 co-partners, Argon Animal Healthcare and Agrobased (BD), are working in the field level. This project is funded by USAID and donor is WorldFish center, Bangladesh.

According to this model 45 dealers and retailers are engaged and 90 LSPs are working with those 45 dealers and retailers. Among those enlisted 45 dealer’s, 30 dealer’s points are converted as One stop Service Center, that are called AMP School (Aqua Medicinal Product). Each AMP School pro-vides specific services to their clients to ensure utmost facilities from 1 service centers. With an aim to increase farmer’s mobility towards the business point and to increase the farmer’s productivity this AMP School business model is designed.

Through this project model, AMP School is providing farmer training and product promotion events on Aqua Medicine, safe using, Best management practice etc, Leaflet, booklet supply, over phone advice, farm visit, free water and soil testing facilities, collaboration, linkage, market information, promotional materials supply, gifts etc.

To ensure services in the field level, 90 LSPs (Local Service Providers) are working with dealers and retailers closely. More than 90 LSPs are working in this project who arranges an event on field to link with farmers and to expand their own business. Thus this project will touch 17,400 farmers di-rectly. Those schools will be decorated so that farmer can get services from the project.

2. Objective
One of the major objectives of this AMP project is to create mass awareness, to get acquainted in the market and to bring changes towards best management practice using BCC materials. Hence a video documentary will be prepared on the interventions of AMP project, existing business policy and the change brought by the new model. Impact of the interventions on revenue and benefi-ciary’s fish productivity will also be depicted.

3. Scope of work
AMP Project is contracting a qualified and experienced agency (hereby referred to as the consult-ing firm) to produce one video documentary in Jessore, Khulna, Satkhira, Bagerhat, Narail, Jhenai-dah, Chuyadanga and Magura Districts.

All through, the consulting firm will work in close coordination with BDC (Business Development Coordinator), Admin and communication team of KAAS Trade, Co-partners (Argon Animal Health Care and Agrobased BD), Communication team and PoC of WorldFish. The consulting firm will be responsible for the entire pre-production/planning, actual video shooting and all postproduction of the videos. The consulting firm will be required in the conceptualizing, scripting and subtitling of the documentary. Several components such as graphics, tables, animations shall be included in the videos, depending upon the necessity and applicability.
