Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Related Field (Minimum requirement)
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or Sales Management (Preferred)
- Certification in Sales or Marketing (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL), Digital Marketing Certification) (Optional, but advantageous)
- Diploma in Real Estate Sales or Real Estate Management (Optional, but beneficial)

Position Overview:
The Senior Executive - Sales will be responsible for driving the sales of premium real estate properties, primarily focusing on generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who is passionate about real estate and eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Executive will work closely with the sales team to meet revenue goals, build strong client relationships, and enhance the company's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
- Client Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our portfolio of premium properties.
- Sales Presentations: Present and showcase the company's properties to potential buyers, addressing their needs, concerns, and preferences.
- Property Recommendations: Advise clients on suitable property options based on their requirements, providing expert guidance to help them make informed decisions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build & Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the buying process and beyond.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide a high level of customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transactions.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients, both during and after the sales process, to nurture relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
Sales Process & Documentation:
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead or assist in negotiations with potential buyers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms, and close deals effectively.
- Sales Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Market Feedback: Share client feedback and insights with the sales team and management to improve processes and strategies.
Team Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet individual and collective sales targets, providing support where necessary.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions, reporting progress to the sales manager or team leader.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Real Estate Knowledge: A good understanding of the real estate market, especially in selling premium properties like plots and land, is an advantage.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: A proactive, goal-driven individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
