Vendor Enlistment Circular-2025-2027

Background:  

JP Technical Training Center (JPTTC) was established in 2021, and JPTTC primarily started various training activities in Cox’s Bazar with the approval of the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA). After that, the institution spread out its training activities throughout Cox’s Bazar district. JPTTC invites applications for Enlistment from vendors/Suppliers/Service Providers (individual consultants/companies) in the following categories for 24 Months.

  • Printing & Publications
  • Computer & IT Accessories
  • Furniture /Wood & Others 
  • Electric & Electronic Items
  • Vehicle & Transportation
  • Hotel Accommodation and Event Management
  • Civil work and Construction 
  • Food & Beverage Supplies/Catering
  • Medical Supplies and Equipment

Each vendor or firm is allowed to participate in a maximum of three categories

Enlistment Period 02 (Two) years

Application and manner of submission

Bids will be submitted only this email: jpttc.procurement@gmail.com
When Bids are emailed, the following conditions shall be complied with:

  • Application for the vendor Enlistment Y25-27 shall be inserted in the Subject Heading of the email.
  • Bid documents required shall be included as an attachment to the email in PDF or the same type of files provided as a ZIP file.
  • Email attachments shall not exceed 24MB.

Application Dropping Process and Evaluation Criteria
All vendors, firms, and individual consultants must submit the following documents when applying for enlistment:
Vendor Enlistment application, Current Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate (BIN), TIN Certificate, Income Tax Certificate (updated), Bank Statement (minimum last three months) and Bank Solvency Certificate, Relevant Work experience certificate, CV (for Individual Consultants) and Organization Profile
