Chemist

Level:  Entry 

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to the sales & marketing team through troubleshooting, process engineering, consulting, and coordinating activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct testing and evaluation on competitors’ sample and raw materials as required.
• Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of paint formulation and the quality of paints produced in the factory.
• Directing, coordinating and advising personnel in test procedures for quality control and color matching by ensuring the compliance to standard Jotun quality control procedure.
• Facilitating and supporting improvement of project teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in paint industry.
• Experience in R&D will be an advantage.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in paint industry.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, or in any other relevant field
