Job Title: Sr. Executive, HR
Job Location: Factory of Jokky Garments Ltd. at Mirpur in Dhaka
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law-2006.
- Oversee HR tasks through PMIS, including training needs assessment and personnel file maintenance.
- Reduce turnover by implementing employee retention strategies and handling resignations and settlements.
- Coordinate with various departments, issue notices, and manage office facilities and canteen.
- Maintain positive relations with government officers, handle disciplinary matters, and update legal documents.
- Motivate employees during challenging situations and ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Education:
- BBA/MBA from any reputed university.
- PGD in HRM will get preference.
- Experience: Minimum 7 Years of experience in Factory HR
- Communication Skill : Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Management Skill: Good leadership skill, team player & excellent interpersonal skill
- MS Office Skill: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Age: Within 37 years
