Job Title: Head of Merchandising

Job Location: Factory of Jokky Garments Ltd. at Mirpur in Dhaka

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales.
  • Communicate effectively with buyers to understand needs, resolve queries, and ensure product satisfaction.
  • Develop garment samples, collect buyer feedback, and coordinate necessary changes for approval.
  • Estimate product costing, ensuring compatibility with plant capabilities and buyer requirements for order confirmation.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships by ensuring quality, timely delivery, and post-purchase service satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage multiple orders, create detailed activity schedules, and maintain a Time and Action Calendar.
  • Prepare Bill of Materials, source raw materials, and oversee timely delivery to support production needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: Minimum 10 Years of experience in Merchandising
  • Communication Skill: Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Management Skill: Good leadership skill, team player & excellent interpersonal skill
  • MS Office Skill: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Age: Within 40 years
