Officer – HR & Admin
 (One position)

Job Description:

  • To update and maintain personal files and other HR documents;
  • To prepare attendance and leave report;
  • To assist in performance appraisal related tasks;
  • To prepare different types of official documents and reports as per direction;
  • To ensure healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment;
  • To assist in overall administrative tasks which include security management, vendor management and events management etc.
  • Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

What we are looking for:

  • MBA major in HRM/ Masters Degree in Management from any recognized university.
  • Candidates must possess 2nd class or higher CGPA.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in relevant field with any reputed FI/ Institution. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain strict discipline and confidentiality.
