Position: Application & Software Solution Manager

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather Functional Requirements, Design Solution, Bill of Quantity Preparation, Develop Specifications, Determine Project Scope, Lead Development Teams and Interface Directly with Clients and Support for Bid Management for Software product’s (Charging System & VAS).
  • Customer Communication & Relationship Management and project delivery team support will be one of the key task.
  • Other Responsibilities: Software Product Pre-Sales Support, Software Solution Preparation, Solution Presentation to customer, Support for project bidding, Customer Management, Support for Business Strategy etc.
  • Any other task as assigned by the line supervisor.

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in CSE/ EEE/ ECE background from a reputed university having good academic track records.
  • Master’s Degree (MS/MBA) will add some more value.

Experience Requirements:

  • 8+ Years working experience, 5 years working experience for Software Product Delivery & 3 year’s software product sales experience.

Additional Requirements:  

Business Knowledge:

  •  Experience on B2B Software Product sales (must require).
  •  Communication Skill: Manager to CXO level.
  •  Business Vision (cost / pricing) for sales Strategy.
  •  Knowledge about Operator Business Flow.

Technical Knowledge:

  •  Deep Knowledge about Product &Applications (Charging System (CBS), Value added Service (SMS/USSD etc.) & Mobile Money).
  •  Cloud, AI, Virtualization, OS (Linux), DB (Oracle, MySQL etc.).
  •  Knowledge about data communication product (Router, Switch etc.).

Other Knowledge:

  • Experience in support for real time systems and large scale solutions.
  • IT/Telecom service and business understanding.
  • Problem Solving & strategic thinking.
  • Over all product (telco IT part) Knowledge.
  • Sales and Working experience BSS (CBS/OCS/IPCC/Mobile Money etc.) and VAS (SMSC, Cloud VAS etc.) Products.
  • Experience in support of back office applications.
  • Pre-sales process Knowledge.
