Position: Senior Manager

A Social Service organization managed by respected trustees of Bangladesh national dedicated to provide services in Health, Education and Poverty alleviation sector mainly for neglected and marginalized population of Bangladesh. The trust with its own resources embarked on strategy to expand its participation with various project/scheme.

In this context, the trust is looking for a self-motivated leader with passion to serve the nation with sincere commitment and help us to expand our activities. Candidates having management experience in Banking/Financial industry or NGO sector or Social Development organization are welcome to apply.

The Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Secretary of the Board and to support the Board with prudence advice in preparing project feasibility and investment proposals.
• To explore new areas/projects and present to the Board for consideration.
• To ensure various compliances of local environment.
• To ensure close collaboration with various stakeholders/counter parties.
• To ensure office administration and prepare accounts and financial reports and arrange audits

Your Skills:

• Proven abilities to set goals, prioritize tasks and ensure effective execution.
• Experience in development sector, financial sector or NGO sector.
• Team building capabilities and maintaining harmonious working environment.
• Conversant with IT skills necessary for daily activities.

Educational Requirement:

• Masters in Social science, Commerce from reputed Public/private Universities.

Successful candidates will be offered a financial package commensurate with local NGO/MFI sector which is negotiable for suitable candidate.
