Bangladesh’s one of the oldest shoe manufacturing company is seeking Expression of Interests (EoI) from the eligible parties for following construction work.

• A 3-Storied factory building in the area of 9660 Square Ft. (Per Floor).
• Measurements of the land: Length 140 Ft. and Width: 69 Ft.
• It will be a Pre-Fabricated Steel structure along with foundation and Epoxy flooring.
• Interested parties have to use designing software to make the design reports.
• The Design report will be included with plan drawing and detail design of Civil Work, Steel Structure Work, Electrical Work and all other finishing.
• It will be a turnkey project.

Please note that in future there are possibilities of factory expansion. So the tenderers have to submit plan and proposal accordingly in company/firm’s own letter pad.

Along proposal you also have to submit your company registration and other authentic documents of your company.
