The incumbent will Plan, Lead, Supervise and Execute all HR and administrative responsibility predefined as well as assigned by the management time to time;
- Establish a corporate level oversight and control on HR practices i.e. Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Termination and overall HR operations within different business areas of the group;
- Develop, Update and Implement a comprehensive service rule in compliance with Labour Act, Labour Rule and other industry specific standards and compliances;
- Responsible for strategic HR planning, succession planning, staffing and motivating employees in consultation with the Management and Plant HR heads;
- Regular conduct of Manpower Planning, Prepare Corporate and plant level Organogram and establish line relationship in consultation with unit heads and top management;
- Develop and implement a suitable performance appraisal system;
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with retrenchment, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Analyze training needs to design employee development arrange in-house and external trainings;
- Complete special assignments as given by management; monitor results and review procedures for achieving desired outcomes.
Academic Competence:
- Tertiary education and special education in HRM preferably MBA/Masters/PGD (BIM) reputed university/institute
Experience Requirement:
- At least 15 years’ experience in any reputed group of companies in corporate level.
- Age at least 45 years
- Should have very good command in English (specially writing skill) is a MUST.
- Must have adequate experience in MS office application.
Job Location:
- Dhaka or any other place as decided the management
