Department: R&D (Civil)

Position: Manager

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Civil from any reputed Public University

Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in Civil Design

Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare project plans, schedules and design and development specifications
  
• Manage budgets, timelines and quality of projects during all stages of construction
  
• Develop R&D team as per the nature of work
  
• Collaborate with engineers, to determine the specifications of the project
  
• Market research for materials
  
• Negotiate agreement terms with external vendors
  
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
