In accordance with our business plan and to cater our first growing market and we are seeking to appoint a highly experienced, accomplished & result driven Supply Chian expert to spearhead the transformation and integration project in Bangladesh.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced leader to coordinate the pipeline of Supply Chain integration initiatives, lead key Supply Chain projects in close collaboration with Group Office and other functions in Bangladesh as well as continuous improvement initiatives to contribute in operational excellence.

The individual in this role will also be responsible for ensuring the Supply Chain capabilities are in place as per the new parent company standards and growth strategies can be realized by using the optimum machinery and material requirements.

  • Lead adaptation of parent company SC culture vision and develop necessary processes to meet the future needs of customers.
  • Lead all change management efforts during process, organizational and digitization initiatives to improve existing operations. Map out resources, create timelines and coordinate with relevant departments (DT, HR, Sales) to have deep and effective change management structure.
  • Provide insights and progress tracking on Transformation projects and strategic priorities within up and out of the organization.
  • Prioritize strategic initiatives to optimize investment between country and customer opportunities.
  • Lead internal project teams that can invest business opportunities to accelerate the capacity and capability of the supply chain and work closely for their transition.
  • Drive execution by ensuring coordination and collaboration between GO and functions, CCI procedures, reporting, meetings, governance rhythm, costs, etc.
  • Owner of the digital product: Uses automation and emerging technologies to eliminate manual operations in the process. Together with DT partner continuously improves the digital product and increase adoption.
  • Follow the audit findings to improve process documents and digital products if needed and educate the related people based on the new revisions.
  • Sets KPI to measures the success of the process, support parent company’s Quality growth Algorithm to reduce cost, grow the revenue and share these KPIs with the field teams.  Monitor the KPI performances through automated dashboards and uses data analytics and predictions to be more resilient and agile.
  • Embed sustainability into every action to reduce environmental impact in their process and report the progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering
  • 15 years of experience in FMCG industry
  • Minimum two (2) Country Production/Supply Chain Transformation role served in two different countries.
  • Previous experience of working in The Coca-Cola System will be an added value.

Salary and Benefits:

Basic Salary, House Rent Allowance, Medical Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Festival Bonus, Leave Fair Assistance (LFA) and other benefits as per company policy.
