The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the following positions.
Senior Executive (Supply Chain)
Major Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the procurement system of the organization and ensure transparent and timely procurement of production materials.
- Ensure smooth operations of Transport departmental activities to achieve effective supply chain.
- Must be ability to import handling (deal with each step of the shipping process and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.)
- Support warehouse management, and assist with planning and goods deliveries, and provide information on the status of requests and the availability of items in the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate and complete records on logistical activities and provide reports and update periodically.
- Execute any other task assigned by the Management.
Educational qualification:
- Minimum Business Graduate from a public / reputed university.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain.
Additional job requirements:
- Excellent ability of working under extreme pressure.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good Business sense and professional & progressive attitude
- Ability to co-ordinate with team and related internal functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willing to travel frequently.
- Sound Knowledge and fluency in computer usage, essentially MS Office.
- Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality
