Job responsibilities
- RCA of customer concerns, strategic action planning and on-ground implementation
- Plan Improvement in CSI scores, bringing in delight culture
- Implementation of digital initiatives to better customer experience and sustain it
- Ensure repair manual SOP implementation, capability building of distributor manpower
- Pilot dealership revenue improvement plan and monitor on-ground progress
- Put strategy in place to improve customer retention, roll-out AMC’s
- Track & monitor business plan actuals vs achievement, action plan for shortfalls
- Plan & execute - Service camps, customer focus groups,
- Capture customer feedbacks on product concerns and report to HO
- Conduct Warranty process audits, action planning with timeline for process improvements
- Plan manpower training in-line with new product launches and skill enhancements
- Track & monitor progress for process parameters like TEA, CEA, SDD, QG, RR

- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with MBA Marketing
- Training: AutoCAD
Experience Requirements
- 13-15 years
- The applicant should have relevant experience in
- Customer support, technical support, improving customer experience
- The applicant should have experience in following business area(s)
