Position: Manager/Asst. Manager-Marketing
Job Responsibilities
- Promote all types of services of Jahurul Islam Medical College & Hospital.
- Keep informed about our services to qualified Doctors/RMP/PC.
- Assist to develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operations of
- the marketing/communications functions.
- Assist In house & outside CME, Seminars in various departments of the hospital. Also organizing CME
- Seminars sponsored by other companies ensure the achievement of the Marketing/communications/public relations, goals, and financial objectives.
- Assist to develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its activities, monitoring progress, assure adherence.
- Assist to prepare a yearly calendar of marketing activities & budget. Ensure its implementation through the approval of the Hospital Director.
- Ensure to organize & observe global health days following national guidelines regularly.
- Any other responsibility as and when given by the management

Educational Requirements
- MBA in Marketing/Masters from any reputed University in Marketing

Additional Requirements
- Applicant with experience in the related field in a reputed Hospital will be given preference.
- Must be proficient in Digital marketing.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel (Advance Level) and MS PowerPoint.
- Must have knowledge concerning the "kishoregonj" medical field.
- Must be smart, candid, proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
