Job Responsibilities

• Customer/ patient reception and proper customer handling
• Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer/patients
• Assist patients and help them with hospital formalities and other works
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customer/ patients and support them for better service.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/ Masters from any reputed Institution (In case of working experience educational background may be relaxed. 

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Candidates having Experience in Customer Care Department in any reputed organization will have an advantage, while previous experience in a hospital will get preference.
• Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Should have good command on English & Bangla.
• Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and hard working.
• Should have good interpersonal & communication skills.
