Position: Civil Engineer

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
• Accountable for the operations top line and bottom line of the project
• Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites
• Responsible for the proper construction management of several projects to ensure quality & progress of the works as per schedule & specification
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Planning, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management
• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
• Supervision and monitoring the civil construction related works
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress and materials report as per project.
• Provide regular progress reports to top management.
• Coordinate with other engineers/ structural supervisors.
• Coordinate the work of all responsible engineers working for the project.
• To ensure top supervision & project progress as per work schedule.
• Monitor and administer efficient working of construction process and monitor life cycle of full construction process, prepare all project controls and update as per requirement and document all process.
• Provide technical support to all management process.
• Prepare physical layout of all structures of the project.
• Prepare cost estimate, material estimate, BOQ and tender schedule for selecting contractors.
• Prepare and checking of contractors’ bill and certify for payment.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in reputed organizations.

Job Requirements

• Age limit: Age 28 to 35 year(s).
• Must have idea of civil drawing, BOQ, Project cost estimate and project bar chart preparation.
• Sound knowledge of materials specification, methodology of construction item and the tools involved in the construction works.
• Must have the ability to lead a team of engineers, technicians and workers.
• Good analytical, problem solving and strategic planning presentation and negotiation skill.
• Must be a quick learner, dynamic, confident, optimistic, conscientious & obedient.
• Must have ability to operate Microsoft word, excel, Microsoft office project, Auto cad, & Power point.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Job Location: Bhagalpur, Bajitpur, Kishoregonj.
