Education: Diploma in Nursing science or B.Sc in Nursing

Experience:

•  4 - 5 Years experience as nursing supervisor in any reputed hospital.

Number of position - 2

Additional Requirements:

• Age between 30 to 45 years.
• Strong sense of responsibility to lead and manage nursing staff effectively.
• Passionate about providing care to the sick
• Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the entire Nursing Department.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to nursing activities.

Salary: Tk= 30000 – 35000/- and other benefits as per company rule.
