Who We Are Looking For
- A proven sales performer with strong market connections in the sweater industry
- Someone who can open doors , close deals and consistently hit targets
- A professional who understands both the technical and commercial aspects of yarn sales
Educational Background
- Post Graduate in reputed university, Major in Marketing , textile Engineering or a related field will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Local Dying factory , Yarn Trading Company , Sweater Factory/buying house
Additional Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of yarn types, specifications, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook Express).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Age 35 to 45 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets for sweater yarn.
- Develop new customers and maintaining strong relation ship with key personnel in the sweater industry to increase yarn sales volume.
- Follow up on bulk yarn production status, sampling, lab dips information as per buyer requirements
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts and management presentations.
- Ensure achievement of half-yearly and yearly sales target
