Job Responsibilities
- Maintain good relation and communication with Customers/Clients
- Maintain Office Management and general Accounts
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Any other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements: 5 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements: Sound Knowledge in computer and English
