JCF is implementing 'Feed the Future Bangladesh Nutrition Activity (USAID FTF BNA) Project supported by supported by Abt Global. Job Requirements |

- Knowledge of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene situation and practice in Bangladesh
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge on digital data entry and event reporting.
- Strong ability to mentor and motivate local enterprises.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to market system development.
- Candidate must drive Motorcycle with valid driving license.
- Basic computer skills in MS-Office.
- Good skill in the report writing in English and Bengal.
- Experience working with local sanitation enterprises/ stakeholders (RCC ring, slab, sanitation material producers, latrine installers, associated mason etc.).
- Experience in preparing training modules and delivering training for local sanitation enterprises/ stakeholders.
- In depth technical and market knowledge to improve product quality and business for local sanitation enterprises.
- At least 1 year of experience on managing program team.

Job Responsibility |

- Lead the WASH programmatic discussion, work plan preparation, analyze risk and take mitigation actions, and finally the overall implementation of WASH interventions.
- Extend administrative support to field team for timely implementation.
- Contribute to training module development and designing the training event and effective training delivery for beneficiaries.
- Support in executing SBCC campaigns for overall improvement WASH situation improvement in local level.
- Advice scouting potential local WASH actors, interview, analyze and identify beneficiaries.
- Ensure proper documentation, compile data on beneficiaries, business performance, customers etc., prepare progress reports and share as required.
- Explore local market to identify private sector suppliers and conduct meetings to strengthen the business linkage between private sector suppliers and WASH enterprises.
- Regularly meet to liaison with local government institutes (Upazila Parishod, Union Parishod DC Office etc.), strengthen linkage with beneficiaries and share BNA progress.
- Analyze results and support exploring future scope of work.
- Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.
