Salary & Allowances:

plus housing allowance - 40%, applicable if an accommodation cannot be provided on the campus, transport allowance, spouse allowance, and children allowance per month, cost of living allowance. Education allowance, medical benefits and end-of-service indemnity are available as per the rules. Moreover, successful candidates, if coming from a member state of the OIC other than Bangladesh, will be awarded 15% expatriate allowance as per rule.

Required qualifications and experience for appointment to the above posts are furnished below:

Senior Security and Safety Officer
Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 20 years’ experience, out of which 08 years experience as Security and Safety Officer or similar post. Preference will be given to the experienced person with a proven track record of performing relevant security job.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Security Management: Knowledge of security systems, surveillance, and access control; Safety Compliance: Familiarity with workplace safety standards, fire safety, and risk management; Crisis Management: Ability to act decisively during emergencies and coordinate evacuation drills; Technical Skills: Operation of CCTV, alarms, scanners, and basic IT tools; Administrative Skills: Record-keeping, report writing, and documentation; Communication Skills: Effective coordination, conflict resolution, and training abilities; Personal Attributes: Alertness, integrity, discipline, physical fitness, and ability to work in shifts.

Should have the capability to communicate well through security reports, complaints and witness statements with adequate knowledge and efficiency in using the computer. Retired officers from the Defence Forces/ Law enforcement agencies are encouraged to apply.

Sub Assistant Engineer

Candidate must have Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field. Preference will be given to the experienced personnel in universities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Candidate should have basic knowledge about computer maintenance, troubleshooting, networking and software installation. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint is preferred.

Assistant Lab Attendant

S.S.C. Related experience will be preferred.

Language

Sound knowledge in writing and speaking English language
