Basketball Coach
Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), one of the leading private universities in the country, invites applications for Basketball Coach under the Division of Student Activities (DOSA).
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Preferably a graduate of BKSP (Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience playing in the National Basketball Team.
- Candidates with Coaching Training Certificates from BKSP or the Bangladesh Basketball Federation will be given preference.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience with an educational institution.
Other Requirements:
- Thorough understanding and adherence to university policies, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and proficiency in recordkeeping.
- Capacity to foster positive relationships with university students.
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to plan and execute tournaments and conditioning camps for university students.
