Hiring: Management Trainee Officer (6 Persons)

Who is a Management Trainee Officer?
-A management Trainee Officer (MTO) is typically a recent graduate (freshers) or young professional who is being groomed for a managerial role within an organisation. They are often part of a structured training program designed to develop their leadership, business acumen, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage US-based clients and vendors with professional punctuality and precision.
  • Monitor vendor output through data-driven KPIs and maintain rigorous performance records.
  • Mediate client-to-vendor communications to ensure seamless operational alignment.
  • Resolve client grievances with strategic solutions to drive long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, contract negotiations, and service coverage expansion.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized public/private or international university.
  • Superior English fluency and a high level of technical aptitude in MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Proven leadership or teamwork experience through collegiate-level debating or athletics.
  • Candidates with a background in competitive sports (Football, Cricket, etc.) or community social work.
  • A resilient, growth-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining a professional corporate culture.

Work Life:

  • Night Shift
  • 7.00 PM to 4.30 AM
  • Weekly 5 working days
  • Weekend Schedule: Saturday & Sunday or Sunday & Monday.

Work Place:

  • Nikunja-2, Khilkhet, Dhaka.
