Who is a Management Trainee Officer?
A Management Trainee officer (MTO) is typically a recent graduate (freshers) or young professional who is being groomed for a managerial role within an organization. They are often part of a structured training program designed to develop their leadership, business acumen, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and managing American clients & vendors in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring the quality of work performed through vendors by data analysis, performance KPI and maintaining accurate records of the performance regularly.
- Manages client-to-vendor relationships through effective communications.
- Demonstrating the ability to handle the client's complaints consistently and providing solutions that meet the needs of the client to build a long-term relationship.
- Decision-making power to negotiate with vendors, onboard and ensure continuous new coverage.
