Position Title: Deputy Executive - Market Development
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Major Job and Responsibilities:
- To facilitate arrange all sorts of regional promotional activities of SO such as demo set up, FFD, farmer’s meeting etc with the supervision of regional S&M in charge.
- To confirm & monitor all sorts of regional promotional activities.
- To co-operate regional S&M in charge to plan, execute, monitor & evaluate regional promotional plan & budget.
- To arrange trial of IAL products & conduct with the help of sales officer.
- To maintain all kinds of territory wise regional promotional reports & documents.
- To attend daily at least one promotional activities of SO’s such as demo set up, conduct FFD, farmer’s meeting etc.
- To guidance SO’s to plan territory promotional plan.
- To compile territory promotional indent, prepare regional promotional Indent & submit to regional S&M in charge.
- To ensure proper distribution, optimum utilization of promotional materials & maintain the stock.
- To collect various types of data such as- DAE Agricultural data, competitor’s price list, promotional offer etc.
- To maintain a good relationship with Dealers & retailers, other company staff, GO & NGO officials.
- To support sales team to regular sales activities whenever needed.
- To submit documented report maintaining prescribed form at daily, weekly, monthly & annual basis.
- To carry out all other reasonable assignments by authority at times
Education / Qualification:
- Masters of Science in Agriculture with B.Sc in Agriculture/ MBA major in marketing with B.Sc in Agriculture.
- Good computer literacy in MS Office is essential.
- Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Can able to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
- Should be passionate and commitment to promote organizational values
Experience: 1/2 years practical experience in relevant field. Fresher’s are also encourage to apply.
Age limit: Not exceeding 32 years
Behavioral Skills: Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
