Position Title: Dy. Executive/ Executive - Marketing

Job Location:  Motijheel, Dhaka

Major Job and Responsibilities:

• To plan and execute all digital marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• To measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goal.
• To Promote company’s product and services in the physical and digital space
• To improvise marketing efforts consumer promotions and trade promotions.
• To analyze current pricing versus competitive pricing and offer new insights using data analysis.
• To execute social media efforts to improve likes, shares, tweets, etc.
• To manage organization’s website, create visually effective content & work on SEO of the website
• To plan & develop content for the website and social networking sites
• To attend corporate networking events and product launches
• To edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites
• To create and execute SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns
• To communicate key information relating to products/groups to market and internal users

Experience: 2/3 years practical experience in marketing with any marketing agency will be preferred. Fresher’s also can apply.
 
Education / Qualification:

• MBA in Marketing from a renowned university is must(Graduation in Agriculture would be preferred).
• Good computer literacy in MS Office is essential.
• Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Can able to facilitate Product & Services in Different Social & Digital Media/Platform to achieve Organizational Goal, to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
• Should be passionate and commitment to promote organizational values
• Maximum age limit 32 years.

Behavioral Skills:  Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to work with farmers, self-driven, proactive, to learn and flexibility, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
