Position: Production Officer (Executive)

Major Jobs & Responsibilities:
The person is responsible but not limited to the following responsibilities

• Oversee the production process, drawing up production schedule
• Ensure that the production is cost effective
• Assist in resources requirement
• Assist in drafting timescale for the job
  
• Assist in estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
  
• Carry out production processes and adjust schedule as needed
  
• Carryout product standards and implement quality control programs
  
• Assist superior to implement the Company policies & goals.
  
• Carryout specified health & safety guidelines
  
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
  
• The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
  
• Any other task provided by the Management from time to time.

Education / Qualification:

• B.Sc Engineering in Food Technology or Diploma in Food Technology also can apply.
  
• Should be passionate about troubleshooting with long career commitment.

Behavioral Skills: Team player, Proactive, Self-starter and Outdoorsy

Experience:

• 10 years or above experience in auto biscuits production area with automation experience in material handling system along with trouble shooting in renowned FMCG (Local /MNC).

Age: At most 30 years
