Purpose |
The Senior Protection Manager-CP will liaise with Child Protection coordinator to provide technical leadership and oversight across all CP programming in IRC Bangladesh; will conduct regular technical visits to CP teams working in all program areas to ensure that interventions are technically sound, in-line with international standards, and appropriately meet the needs and priorities of children, adolescents, and caregivers in target communities. This position is responsible for programmatic resource mobilization and advocacy related to IRC’s CP programming and overall strategic direction of the CP program. |
