(IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. Online submission over the Box link or, Hard copy sealed offer/proposals (separate envelop for technical and financial) will be acceptable by IRC within or by March 29, 2026 (by 05.00 pm). Bid offers will not be accepted after the close of business as mentioned in the above table.
Please note, IRC shall not be bound to accept the lowest prices Bid or any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
