Job Context

We are looking for Garments production Manager who involved in a garment industry as a Production Manger, has experience in production in due time. Able to work on Multi garments item like shirt, pant, t-shirt, Borka, three pieces etc.

Job Responsibilities

• planning and organising production schedules
• assessing project and resource requirements
• estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• determining quality control standards
• overseeing production processes
• re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
• selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
• organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
• supervising and managing the work of junior staff
• organising relevant training sessions.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• ASA University Bangladesh, Asian University of Bangladesh, BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  
  • 2 to 3 years of experinece on related field
    
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  
  • Garments

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
