Role Summary:

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our AI-powered digital marketing and transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, client growth, innovation adoption, and overall performance management of the entire unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cutting-edge, AI-driven/traditional marketing and transformation strategies.
• Oversee all branding initiatives, campaign performance, and ensure high levels of clients engagement.
• Manage and lead the seamless implementation of automation tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Odoo.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital transformation and AI sectors.
• Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams, including content, design, SEO, and AI development.
• Prepare and present comprehensive management reports, business forecasts, and performance KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of managing successful AI integration or business automation projects.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken is essential.

AI Tools & Software Proficiency:

• CRM & Automation: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Odoo, Zoho AI integration.
• AI & Creative: ChatGPT Enterprise, MidJourney.
• Project Management: Notion AI, Trello, Asana.
