Position Overview
Role: Assistant Project Manager
Shift: Full Night Shift (Work from Office)
Location: Ka-53/2, Pragati Sarani, Shahjadpur, Dhaka-1212
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)
Gender: Male candidates only
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects and lead teams of 50+ operators
- Strong people management and motivational skills
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working under pressure and delegating tasks effectively
- Willingness to work long hours and holidays when needed
- Commitment to performance, quality, and continuous improvement
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee non-voice operations in a fast-paced production environment
- Lead coaching, feedback, and performance management initiatives
- Set goals, monitor team productivity, and manage turnaround time
- Ensure client KPIs like ETA, quality, and accuracy are consistently met
- Handle internal and client communications via email and conference calls
- Resolve escalated queries and provide subject matter expertise
- Recommend strategies for process improvement and team development
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputed university
