Responsibilities:
- Full Responsible for MIS Audit functions of the group;
- To keep record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports;
- Supervising in physical Inventories by counting stock and keeping in MIS Process;
- Prepare and produce various store/audit related reports as per management requirements;
- Collecting Competitor price and after sales service information and prepare marketing and sales Process proposal for presentation in the monthly meeting;
- Prepare Branding and Promoting plan based on fiscal year by analyzing customers demand in Market
- Prepare Item /Buyer/Customer wise sales and service report to present before hon’ble Chairman;
- Prepare Sales Target Achievement Report-monthly, Quarterly and yearly;
- Development Management Information System for the group;
- Updating all sales order and achievement data in the Management Information System;
- Prepare unit wise /buyer/customer wise chemical consumption and costing analysis report in the Management Information System;
- Any other duties as assigned by the authority.
Education: M.Sc in MIS, Economics, Statistics or any other relevant subject.
Experience: Minimum 05 years in a reputed group of companies (Textiles/Spinning Mills experience will get Preference)
