Position: Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Supervision of overall construction work.
  
• Ensure quality of work is maintained as per the design and specifications.
  
• Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
  
• Communicate with Civil head regarding implementation of works.
  
• Check received materials.
  
• Manage site care taker, Contractors’ labors and others.
  
• Scheduling controlling and Reporting on project work progress to the higher authority.
  
• Prepare monthly or weekly work schedules and report.
  
• Prepare the cost estimate regarding various civil works.
  
• Prepare the monthly materials requirement status & co-ordination with the purchase department to ensure the quality of the construction materials.
  
• Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
  
• Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Civil from any recognized institution.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field

Additional Requirements

• Ability to handle projects/construction sites independently
  
• Capability to prepare estimates as per drawings.
  
• Should have working experience especially of High-Rise buildings
  
• Sound knowledge to understand the construction site drawings like Structural, Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical.
