Post: GM - Marketing (Pharmaceutical)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
  • Launching new products to capitalize market needs and opportunities
  • Analyzing competitive marketing environment and find out the trends and developmental opportunities
  • Identifying the opportunities for sales growth.
  • Liaising with opinion leaders and influencers such as leading doctors, doctors' associations, etc.
  • Develop promotional tools to help attain organizational and sales objectives
  • Ensuring marketing strategy implementation through sales force.
  • Conducting meetings, Product launches, organizing CMEs etc.
  • Arranging clinical meetings and seminar to facilitate rapport of field force with the target doctor
  • Coordinating procurement of promo materials and their allocation & distribution
  • Coordinating with all relevant departments to monitor the progress of work related to relevant procurement, production of commercial products & physician samples, new product launch, etc.
  • Analyzing product/ brand based monitoring and prescription summary reports
  • Selecting and planning of various drugs.
  • Market planning, Strategy Development, Monitoring & Review of brands.
  • Provide overall directions to develop new markets and strengthen the existing ones& Coordination with Sales Head.
  • Responsible to plan, manage and achieve brand budget, profitability, Marketing Collateral Development.
  • Provide direction, motivation & training to marketing team for ensuring optimum performance.

Education: M.Sc in any discipline

Job Experience: 15 to 20 years of Experience in Pharma marketing

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
