Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Research on websites for specific clients
• Prepare mood boards from research according to themes
• Create 3 - 5 new print designs for clients
• Create 3 - 5 designs for embroidery (Specific clients)
• PPT creation for buyer development and design studio development
• File arrangement for weekly print, embroidery development for design studio
• Development meetings with factory, suppliers for print and embroidery development
• Take photos of new prints/embroidery development for archives
• Creating softcopy archive for new print/embroidery artwork
• Help with fabric sourcing for buyer and design studio development samples whenever need
• Prepare hand writing hangtag for development sample whenever n
• Help create meeting minutes formats
• Prepare PPTs of new buyers
• Help in monthly rearrangement of design studio racks/cabinets.
• Help in monthly rearrangement of store racks.
• Help team to prepare luggage for collection meeting samples
• Help team to prepare design studio, showroom, meeting room during buyer visit
• Help team to local market visit for sourcing if needed.
• Print/embroidery and production factory visit.
• Design woven labels, leather badges and according to the buyers.
• Meeting with supervisor and fixed daily agenda.
• Follow-up of prints, embroidery sent for development
• Research on Overall trends
• Research for Prints
• Research for Embroidery
• Help in Design Studio organization
• Design and development store organization
• Taking and resizing photos of buyer samples/development samples
• Work on print or embroidery designs.
• Work on flat drawings if any.
• Help team members with print creation from their ideas.
• Updating daily work calendar report.
• Phone and e-mail communication with print, embroidery, knit fabric suppliers.
• Help supervisor if need any urgency.
• Fabric/accessories sourcing.

Job Nature:

Full-Time

Educational Requirement:

           Bachelors’ degree in graphic design or fashion design from any reputed university

Experience Requirement:

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Please submit portfolio of your work along with online links

Additional Job Requirements:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
•
