Job Context

• Night Shift Job (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients in order to maintain current businesses.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Provide accurate information and ensure quality services to clients.
• Ensure results from the field force team by maintaining quality within the provided deadline.
• Generate more business opportunities from the client based on services provided.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Employment Status: Full Time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Candidates from business backgrounds are preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience.
• Candidates having prior experience in Business Development or Client Management will be preferred.
• Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Must have experience in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace etc.

Salary

• BDT 40,000 to 50,000 (Monthly)
