The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled individual with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator and will have a preference for expertise in 3D design and motion graphics. He will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning designs across various platforms.

Educational Requirements:

• Candidate should be graduate/Post graduate in any discipline from any recognized university. BA in Fine Art & Graphic Design Graduates Preferred.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital media.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
  
• Utilize advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance visual elements and maintain a high standard of quality.
  
• Demonstrate expertise in 3D design and motion graphics to bring a dynamic and engaging dimension to projects.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring a seamless workflow.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
  
• Construct all graphics for external and internal usage: Banners, Brochures, merchandise, posts, posters, informational leaflets, booklets, Calendars etc
  
• Oversee all designs and conduct design proof.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in the relevant field is mandatory for this post.
  
• Excellent communication & Creative skills.
  
• Must have high standard Photo-editing skills to create realistic setups in Photoshop and other video editing softwares like EDS, Cut pro etc.
  
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  
• A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including branding, print materials, digital media, and promotional content.
  
• Strong visual design skills, including layout composition, typography, color theory, and illustration.
  
• Ability to create visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with the companies branding guidelines and communication goals.
  
• Complete understanding of digital and print design and production process.
