  • Candidate should be graduate/Post graduate preferably in Business discipline or any other relevant discipline from any recognized university.

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Achieve individual monthly Deposit/Fund collection target set by the management.
  • Ensure minimum client calls set by line manager, prepare and submit daily reports and collect required information and documents from prospective customers.
  • Make physical visit and maintain strong relationship with all existing customers to generate new business, retain existing deposits and provide superior customer service.
  • Maintain a sustainable growth of own Deposit portfolio by attaining monthly budget and customer retention.
  • Ensure genuineness of all documents collected from the clients and strict compliance of IIDFC's rules, regulations and HR policies.
  • Work closely with liability marketing functions in the company to improve overall deposit collection.
  • Ensure compliance to prevent money laundering.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Deposit/Fund collection of Bank/Financial Company is mandatory for this post.
  • Excellent communication skills with salesmanship aptitude.
  • Pro-active, ability to work under pressure, strong willingness for visit to different places & clients and willingness to accept challenges.
  • Computer skill is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge on Deposit/Fund collection.
