MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OFFICER (MTO)

Academic Qualification

• Graduation from reputed universities with minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 and 4.00 out of 5.00 in all academic records.

Additional Requirement

• Age: Age not over 30 years as on 31 March 2023

Required Competencies:

• Good spoken and written command in English language.
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office and other basic operations of computer.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should possess positive attitude & team spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure and to achieve set target.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Should have strong foundation on financial product designing to meet the extra-ordinary requirement of client
• Should have the ability to prepare complex financial model
• Should possess high level analytical and conceptual skills in business and finance

Selection Procedure

• The selection process will be purely on merit basis.
• Shortlisted candidates will have to sit for a competitive Written Test.
• Later, successful candidates will be called for interview.
